Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reeve ("the Service"), operated by Reeve Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reeve is an AI-powered accounts receivable platform that integrates with QuickBooks Online to monitor open invoices and send automated follow-up emails on your behalf. The Service sends emails from your connected email address (Gmail or Outlook) to your clients regarding outstanding invoices.

3. Account Registration

To use Reeve, you must create an account and connect your QuickBooks Online account and email provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Authorized Use

You agree that:

  • You have the authority to send emails from the connected email address on behalf of your business.
  • The invoices in your QuickBooks account represent legitimate debts owed to your business.
  • You will not use Reeve to harass, threaten, or send misleading communications to any party.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any state or federal debt collection regulations.

5. Email Communications and Automation

Reeve drafts and sends follow-up emails automatically, from the email address you have connected, to the clients associated with the invoices in your connected QuickBooks account. Emails are sent as you, not as Reeve, using your own mailbox. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You authorize the Service to send emails on your behalf once you connect an email provider and activate the agent.
  • You are ultimately responsible for the content and cadence of emails sent through the Service. Reeve provides per-client exemptions, per-invoice pause, a global pause, and editable templates so you can review and adjust behavior.
  • Reeve pauses automatically when a client replies, reports a dispute, promises to pay, or states the invoice is already paid; you may override any of these at any time.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and state or federal debt-collection regulations.

6. QuickBooks Integration (Read-Only)

Reeve accesses your QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's authorized OAuth integration using the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. We read invoice, customer, payment, and company data to operate the Service. We do not write, modify, or delete data in your QuickBooks account. You may disconnect the integration at any time from Settings → Integrations; doing so revokes Reeve's access tokens at Intuit immediately.

6a. Your Data

As between you and Reeve, you own the data in your QuickBooks account, your client list, and your email communications. Reeve processes that data on your behalf to provide the Service and for no other purpose. You grant Reeve a limited license to access, transmit, store, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Fees and Billing

Reeve is offered at $249/month or approximately $207/month when billed annually. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period. Reeve will stop sending follow-up emails on your behalf immediately upon cancellation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reeve Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that follow-up emails will result in payment, nor do we guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
