Accounts payable

Also: AP

Accounts payable (AP) is the money a business owes its suppliers for goods or services received but not yet paid for; your invoice is a line in your customer's AP.

Understanding your customer's AP process is most of collections. AP departments batch payments on a fixed cycle, match invoices to POs, and route anything unmatched to a queue nobody owns. An invoice that arrives the day after a payment run waits until the next one regardless of how well it was written.

Your whole AR, on autopilot.

Reeve collects every overdue invoice in your name and shows you exactly where you stand.
